Mile “Ponytail” Barrett Memorial Poker Run

Join us on April 22 as we travel through Duplin County with stops along the way to collect a poker hand. The event is in memory of Mike “Ponytail” Barrett, who was an employee at Bill Carone Cars, and was very active with the VFWs, Sons of Soldiers, and the Wreaths Across America project. Motorcycles, cars and trucks are welcome to join in the ride. Bring your company car, van or truck or put your magnets on a vehicle to advertise your business or organization. Registration is on April 22 from 8-8:30 a.m. at Bill Carone Chevrolet. The ride will begin from the dealership at 9 a.m The registration fee is $25 per vehicle, and proceeds will be split between the Wallace VFW and Warsaw VFW. The ride will begin at the dealership and include stops at Warsaw Hardware in Warsaw, Wise Jewelers in Kenansville, H&H Farm Supply in Pink Hill and The Tipsy Bee in Beulaville.
